THE PROCESS:
Interview Phase
Virtual Connection utilizes multiple software’s to engage with prospective employee candidates for clients. A multitude of information is requested from the candidates to ensure they fit our three-pronged approach of our workforce; organized, motivated, and trustworthy. Due to our wide reach we have the capacity to interview hundreds of candidates and make sure that we are providing the best candidate for the job.
Training Phase
During our training phase, the prospective candidates will go through an intensive walk-through of a proven blueprint to success within the virtual assistant space pertaining to the job at hand. Clients will have the ability to jump in & out of the virtual training to pick out the candidate that fits their business mold the best. Each candidate will be vetted thoroughly & provided with all resources to succeed
Tracking Phase
After the training period, the chosen candidate will start their employment for our client. Our process of tracking key performance indicators ensures that the employee is meeting their goals. Over time, the tracking that is done will provide insight as to what needs to be improved upon or honed in on. With a monthly review, our goal is to get your team to where they need to be.
